Terms & Conditions
Beleura House & Garden works hard to try to ensure our online stock levels are kept up to date. From time to time, some products may not be available. Beleura House & Garden will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not in stock.
Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable and correct at the time of publishing. If an error in pricing is found Beleura House & Garden reserves the right to either (a) arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you or (b) cancel the order.
Beleura House & Garden reserves the right to alter all product pricing without notice.
Beleura House & Garden reserves the right to cancel or delay an order where order details are incomplete.
Beleura House & Garden makes every effort to portray our products as accurately as possible. Colour variations may occur depending on the screen resolution and colour depth of the monitor you are using to view the site. Products are measured in centimetres and measurements where they appear are as accurate as possible but slight variations may occur.
Returns Policy
Beleura House & Garden puts every effort into providing quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. You must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or replacement product. Proof of purchase may be your original register receipt or online proof of purchase. Returns must be unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tags and labels still attached. Delivery charges are non-refundable, but we will send out a replacement free of charge. Contact us at admin@beleura.org.au if you wish to organise a return.
Delivery
Beleura House & Garden delivers products Australia wide using Australia Post.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping may take 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Payment is taken in full when your order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been posted.
